Oxigen Confidential Shredding and Data Destruction
Oxigen provide a specialised secure shredding service for the destruction of confidential documents and data. This service is ideal for companies who wish to ensure that no data leaving their business will end up in the wrong hands. Onsite shredding is the most secure destruction method available.
For regular shredding requirements Oxigen provide secure locked document consoles for the collection of confidential documents. These consoles are suitable for all work environments including offices, hospitals, schools and universities.
Oxigen Confidential Shredding and Data Destruction Service Step by Step:
- An Oxigen Shredding employee arrives at your premises in our specialised mobile shredding truck.
- All locked Oxigen consoles at your business are unlocked and the confidential documents are removed and taken to the Oxigen shredding truck outside.
- In the shredding truck all documents and data presented for shredding are completely destroyed. This process can be viewed by you.
- Once our industrial shredder has completed the destruction process, a Certificate of Destruction is issued by our Oxigen Shredding employee.
- All your shredded documents are stored in the Oxigen shredding truck before being brought to Oxigen’s paper recycling facility.
Data Destruction
Oxigen confidential shredding recognises that paper documents are not the only source of confidential data – we therefore provide a destruction service for other forms of media. These include: Hard Drives, CD-ROMS, DVDS, Floppy Disks, Video Tapes, Cassettes, Telephones.
