Customer Service Representative Wanted Currently Active

Oxigen is a significant employer with domestic and commercial customers nearly nationwide.
Oxigen are actively recruiting self-motivated Customer Service and Telesales staff to join a busy customer support call centre in Dundalk.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of 8 staff, in an administrative office of 20 odd staff supporting a predominantly household customer base.
Our Call Centre representatives are our main point of contact with our valued customers.

With the imminent introduction of Department of Environment’s Pay By Weight regime on 1.7.2016 we expect customer enquiry call volumes to increase

 

Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm

 

Key skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in call centre focused on any aspects of customer service support, customer retention, credit control and in/outbound sales is preferred.
  • Experience on computer customer account management systems and using IT systems generally would be a great advantage, however appropriate training will be provided.

  • Clear communications and active listening skills are key to success and job satisfaction.
  • The busy nature of the office means that punctuality and reliability are vital.
  • New staff need to quickly become conversant with our service offering and systems in order deal with customers in an organised and focused manner

 

Key aspects of the role:

  • Field inbound customer service calls for service queries, balance enquiries and payment –
  • Interact with our regional field operations teams to ensure service any issues raised are addressed promptly to ensure top quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Field inbound sales enquiries proactively to ensure a good sales conversion level
  • Make outbound calls to customers for sales campaigns, credit control and retention.

Field Operative

Oxigen are hiring a Field Operative for database improvement in the Midlands. The role will require daily communication with customers by phone and in person. General hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm however some flexibility may be required.

Oxigen require candidate to:

  • Be over 25 & a full clean drivers licence is a must
  • Must be computer literate capable of using sat nav, handheld scanning device, smart phone, strong map reading capability and completing worksheets as required every day.
  • Experience on computer customer account management systems and using IT systems generally would be a great advantage, however appropriate training will be provided
  • A Confident clear communicator with an organised mindset, ability to query, question and problem

Field Sales & Service Representative Currently Active

 The majority of the working day will be meeting customers at their homes & businesses.  Hours of work will be 10am to 6:30pm; however, flexibility is required on occasion in order to facilitate visits to customers’ premises.  The role is based in the Midlands.                                                                                                                                                                              

Key aspects of the role:

  • Managing customer contracts and relationship management
  • Domestic/Commercial Sales canvassing/prospecting, retention & service
  • Domestic/Commercial Debt Collection in conjunction with Head Office Credit Control team in Dundalk
  • Interact with our Regional Operational Managers and Call Centre to resolve issues raised and support ongoing customer satisfaction

Oxigen require candidate to have:

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Prior experience in field sales and service focused on new customer sales prospecting and service support is key
  • Be a clear communicator with active listening skills & the ability to become conversant with our service offering and systems to ensure all activity is recorded properly on customers’ accounts
  • Experience on computer customer account management systems and using IT systems generally would be a great advantage, however appropriate training will be provided.
  • The busy nature of the role working alone on the road unsupervised means that initiative, self-management and reliability are vital.
